The Secret Of Success

“Before everything else, getting ready is the secret of success.” – Henry Ford

A Business Plan............I Don’t Need A Business Plan!

IdeaFirm has had the good fortune of meeting with thousands of entrepreneurs, some of whom, literally sketched the fundamentals of their multi-million dollar enterprise on a restaurant napkin.

Realize one thing about these types of people and they are a select group. They are extremely, let me say it again, extremely ambitious and driven; they are “off the cart” lazar focused almost to a fault, and they absolutely do not visualize themselves doing all the work to grow the company. Their behavior/personality style makes up about 2% of the population. These people usually think really big. The odds are, you are not one of them. My point is...you don’t need to be one of these people. With a good plan, you to can build any type of business you want. But don’t miss their example of commitment, vision and execution. You will need at the very minimum a simple basic business plan. Please realize, Even these hard driving entrepreneurs eventually put people in place to make extensive plans and systems for the company to run successfully. Planning is inescapable and it is “The secret to Success.”

Client Results
"We grew fast, you were able to look and evaluate what were doing to make sure it’s the right thing and the right direction we need to go. You are a great listeners and a great sounding board. You were instrumental at reading people, seeing the nuances, sales problems, operations problems, you saw the changing attitudes and behavior of employees and how to handle all the issues the right way. Awesome!"
