FIRST
The first type of ambition is born out of need. Some part of a company needs to be changed. Experiencing irritation likened to a stone in their shoe, they are ready to stop putting things off and take action. They are acutely motivated to do what it takes to overcome the challenge.
SECOND
The second type of ambition comes from the enthusiasm of an unrealized opportunity. A company wants to pursue a new concept or idea and doesn't have the skill or time to bring these new possibilities into fruition. All they know is that they are driven to get there. Even when they don't know where "there" is.
THE TWO CHARACTERISTICS OF CLIENT FOCUS:
FIRST
This business is successful, yet in the back of their mind there are areas in the business they know could be better. Sometimes it's vision, leadership, employees, profitability, sales, executing new plans, a new product, strategic marketing, customer retention, web Services or more. And on occasion the owner's personal time, or lack of it, is a factor.
SECOND
The other type of business is successful, and they are looking for new innovative approaches that can propel them to a another level of opportunity and profitability. They want help getting there.
